Recognition of the Robinson High School IB Students Taking Fourth Place In The Moody's Mega Math (M3) 2011 Challenge (Administration Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Moody's Mega Math Challenge (M3 Challenge) is an applied mathematics competition for high school students. This national competition is a partnership of the Moody's Foundation and the Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics. This competition spotlights applied mathematics as a powerful problem-solving tool. Of the approximately 600 internet-based papers submitted, the Robinson IB submission was selected as one of the top six. Team members included: Kennon Bittick, James Gibson, Erin Seligsohn, Steven Seligsohn, Aaron Warwick, and Coach Judi Charley-Sale. Robinson's team was awarded the meritorious team prize of $7500.
