Approve Acceptance of Project for Classroom Addition at Plant High School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On July 14, 2009, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. to provide design services. On October 20, 2009, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Batson-Cook Company. The scope of work provided for an additional 16 classrooms. This addition was necessary to meet class size reduction requirements. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
