Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Improvements at Temple Terrace Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RHC and Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 19, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, B & I Contractors, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of the chiller, air handlers and associated piping and pumps; and cleaning of related ducts for Building 13 (multipurpose/student dining), Building 5 (music/classrooms) and Building 14 (mechanical/central receiving).

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
