EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On December 9, 2008, the Board appointed Wilder Architecture, Inc. and Allstate Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities included campus-wide replacement of the fire alarm, intercom, security, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and telephone systems; new interior lighting and ceilings throughout; replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system; accessibility upgrades to restrooms; enhanced fire protection for the auditorium and cafeteria; and a new serving line and faculty servery.
