| Approve Award of Contract for Stage Lighting Replacement at Blake High School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The approved District Five Year Plan includes a project for renovation of the stage lighting at Blake High School. District staff selected Tanase & Associates, Inc. & KBA Engineering, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for the replacement of the existing theatrical stage lighting system. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). A single bidder responded to the solicitation. District staff and the engineer concur that the proposed price is reasonable. Award of the contract to the sole bidder, D&S Electrical Technologies, LLC, is therefore recommended. |
