EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On May 31, 2011, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Human Resources Division, issued an RFP for legal services - environmental law. The district's online vendor registration system was used to notify proposers of this opportunity. Four firms responded and their proposals were evaluated by a committee of district personnel. The committee recommended awarding to the top three ranked firms, Enola T. Brown, Gramling Environmental Law, and GrayRobinson. A more detailed review of the specifications can be obtained by contacting the Procurement Department.

EVALUATION | |
Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
