Approve the Purchase of the Online Course, Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching: Looking at Real Classrooms, from Educational Impact, Inc. (Information and Technology Division) | |||
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |||
This video-based professional development course was designed to enable teachers and administrators to see what the Danielson Framework components look like in real classrooms. Educational Impact, Inc. is the sole-source provider of this online course. This online course contains three learning modules and approximately six hours of streaming video. The first module contains a brief introduction of the framework. The second and third modules contain video clips of real classroom examples. Each example is broken down by domain, grade level, and subject. An in-depth commentary on the teachers' performance, the components of the framework observed in the video, and other remarks regarding the instruction taking place in the classroom follow each video clip. |
