Approve Acceptance of Project for Interior Build Out (Phase 2) for Horton Instructional Services Center, New Facility | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On May 6, 2008, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. to provide design and construction management services for a second phase of build out of the new Instructional Services Center, necessitated by the move of several additional tenants to the Center. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
