EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On June 4, 2010, the Procurement Department in conjunction with the Sites and Utilities Department, issued an ITB for lawn maintenance services. This bid will include all mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and shearing at various sites throughout the district.
The initial term for this award was 16 months, from July 21, 2010 to November 18, 2011, with four additional one-year renewal options, negotiable yearly. The suppliers have agreed to renew for the period beginning November 19, 2011, and ending November 18, 2012; negotiated rates will allow for an overall 1 percent increase or $9,748. |

EVALUATION | |
Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
