EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Full Service School Program at Just and Sanchez Full Service School Centers has developed and implemented a strategic planning process to improve services for families and students in east and west Tampa communities. Community residents, agency staff members, and educators have been involved in this process. The goal has been to develop effective working relationships with select community partners who will support family self-sufficiency and student performance. Decisions have been made, based upon several identified school and community needs, to partner with select agency partners at the Just and Sanchez Full Service School Centers to support this goal. This agreement has been prepared to describe the working relationship between the Full School Program, the Full Service School Centers, families, educators, and the Tampa Bay Academy of Hope. | |

These services will be provided at no cost to the district or the families in these communities. The provider has agreed to work in cooperation with the Full Service School Centers’ staff and in partnership with other educators and community agency representatives. The district will provide office space and phone service at the Full Service School Centers, when feasible. | |
EVALUATION | |
The Supervisor of School Social Work Services and the Coordinator of the Full Service School Program will evaluate the effectiveness of program services. The forementioned staff will meet regularly and review this agreement. Program evaluation will include the number and scope of program service activities; amount of time the program is on campus to meet client needs; support for the partnership with the Full Service School Centers' mission and goals; and feedback about the effectiveness of services from clients, area principals, and school social workers. | |
