Approve Reciprocal Use of Facilities Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Tabernacle of God Christian Church at Essrig Elementary School

The Pastor of the Tabernacle of God Christian Church located adjacent to Essrig Elementary School has requested use of the School's parking lot for overflow parking during events held throughout the year at the Church.  In turn, the School would have use of the Church's parking lot for additional parking for events held at the School.  The attached Reciprocal Agreement for Use of Facilities is for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) one year renewal options and fees have been waived by both the School Board and the Church.  Access to each respective facility will be determined by mutual agreement between the Church and the School Principal.  Neither party has the right to sublease or use any other portion of the Facilities during the term of this Agreement.

Approval of the Reciprocal Use of Facilities Agreement between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Tabernacle of God Christian Church for use of their respective parking areas during Church and School events, will have no financial impact to the School Board.
