Approve Acceptance of Project for Renovation of Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC), 3rd Floor, Information Services Area
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of the existing Information Services area included mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, and architectural revisions to provide a better utilization of space.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: General Operating Fund.
