Approve the Latest Version of the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Special Programs and Procedures (SP&P) Document (Exceptional Student Education) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
School Board Policy 2460, which the School Board has adopted as a rule, and the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) State Board of Education Rule 6A-6.03411(2) require the Board to develop and implement the SP&P document which provides the administrative procedures for ESE and, every three years, revise, readopt and submit the SP&P document to FDOE.
The SP&P document has been submitted to FDOE, which has approved it for adoption by the School Board. Following adoption by the School Board, the Superintendent will comply with FDOE requirements by signing the document and certifying that no changes have been made to the document as approved by FDOE. |
