Approve Perpetual Access, Sidewalk and Utility Easement Agreement Between Hillsborough County and the School Board of Hillsborough County at Turner Elementary and Bartels Middle Schools |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On August 10, 2010, the School Board of Hillsborough County entered into a Temporary Access, Sidewalk and Utility Easement Agreement with Hillsborough County. The Temporary Easement on County property permitted the School Board to construct a sidewalk connecting Bartels Middle and Turner Elementary Schools and install an underground communications cable. The sidewalk and communications cable were necessary to support Turner's 5th grade students located at Bartels in available classrooms. The attached agreement replaces the temporary agreement and provides for perpetual access for operation and maintenance of the sidewalk and communications cable, which are the responsibility of the School Board. Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners approved the Permanent Easement on January 5, 2012 and it is now being submitted for approval and execution by the School Board. |
