EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Council for Art Education has designated March 2012 as Youth Art Month which serves to emphasize the value of art education for all children and to encourage support for quality school art programs. Attached is a proclamation that Hillsborough County Public Schools observe the month of March as Youth Art Month. Art education programs develop creativity, critical thinking skills, communication, and collaboration to assure our students success in the 21st century. | |
