EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On September 4, 2008, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Reliable Group Architects to provide design services. On October 21, 2008, the Board appointed Kenyon & Partners, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provided for replacement of the roof; rooftop air conditioning equipment; and HVAC controls. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
