EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In July 2010, Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) was again awarded the Integration of Schools and Mental Health Systems Grant from the U.S. Department of Education.  The purpose of this grant was to increase student access to high quality mental health care by developing innovative approaches that link the school system with local mental health providers.  One of the products of this work is to develop an Interagency Agreement (IAA) between local providers and HCPS.  It is now time to renew this agreement.

The Supervisor of School Social Work will remain an active member of the Local Planning Team.  This supervisor will serve as the liaison between the Local Planning Team and HCPS to sustain the efforts and continue to better link mental health services and schools.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
