| Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at 2 Sites (Adams Middle School, Ferrell Magnet Middle School) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for replacement of selected roof areas at Adams Middle School and Ferrell Magnet Middle School. District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected Carruthers & Associates Architects PA from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services.
The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the low bidder, R F Lusa & Sons Sheetmetal, Inc., is recommended. |
