SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Acceptance of Project for Miscellaneous Renovations at Turkey Creek Middle School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan allocated funds for several renovation requirements at Turkey Creek Middle School. District staff combined the individual requirements into a single project and selected Cooper Johnson Smith Architects, Inc. and Cutler Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities included interior and exterior painting; correction of water intrusion problems; complete replacement of windows in Building 3; replacement and refurbishment of selected lockers; and limited lighting improvements. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
