Approve Design Development Phase for 2012 Modular Additions and Demolition at Multiple Sites | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
District staff combined requirements for replacement of obsolete and non-economically repairable portable facilities with modular buildings at multiple sites into a single project and selected The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for portable demolition, site preparation and utility connections of modular clinics and classrooms at nine sites, and portable demolition only at four additional sites (list attached). Project completion is scheduled for August 2012. Approval of the Design Development Phase will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents. |

Total funds in the amount of $1,380,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Land Proceeds. The estimate of probable cost is $1,380,000. |
