University of Phoenix employees are dedicated to our schools and have volunteered 3,000 hours and provided human capital in the amount of $37,000.  Donations of materials, supplies, and clothing to schools with students in need have greatly supported the district’s education efforts.  Support from “Foundations for Kids” to Title I schools in the amount of $4,500 greatly impacted students in need.  They have consistently supported the Hillsborough Education Foundation, Title I programs, district departments, content area supervisors, The Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA), and substitute teachers.  To promote and assist the educational needs of district teachers, University of Phoenix donated $10,000 to the Classroom Teachers Association (CTA).  University of Phoenix facilities are provided for district staff for meetings and events at no charge.    

Over the past two years, The University of Phoenix has donated over $43,000 to the district in goods and services.  Their continued commitment and generosity to HCPS is highly valued.
