Recognition of Tony Colucci, Principal at Bowers/Whitley Career Center (Hillsborough Education Foundation)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Hillsborough Education Foundation will recognize Tony Colucci, Principal at Bowers/Whitley Career Center. Bowers/Whitley Career Center received a $25,000 grant from the Eckerd Family Foundation for the Project Success program. The Eckerd Family Foundation awarded the grant in honor of Dr. Colucci. Project Success provides performance-based career preparation programs and training facilities for at-risk youth, by covering certification, exam and lab fees, and other incidentals for students. Bowers/Whitley is one of four career centers that encourage career and/or college readiness for its students.
