| Approve Award of Contract for Fire Alarm and Intercom System Replacements at 2 Sites (Cannella Elementary School, Lowry Elementary School) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for replacement of the fire alarm and intercom systems at Cannella and Lowry Elementary School. District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected Tanase & Associates Inc. & KBA Engineering, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the low bidder, Alarm & Communications Systems Inc., is recommended. |
