| Approve Interlocal Agreement with Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners to Provide for Summer Meals (Student Services and Federal Programs Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The School Board of Hillsborough County, FL (HCPS) will contract with Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to provide a lunch and snack to children participating in summer programs through the Hillsborough County Department of Parks and Recreation and the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Centers.
For more than a decade, Student Nutrition Services (SNS) has partnered with BOCC to meet the nutritional needs of children during summer months. The lunches and snacks will be delivered to the participating sites (listed on attached agreement) from June 11, 2012, through August 10, 2012. |
