Approve Non-Exclusive Perpetual Easements to Hillsborough County at Westchase Elementary School |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On December 7, 2010, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved an Interlocal Agreement with Hillsborough County for the design and construction of a parking lot at Westchase Elementary School. The parking lot was necessary to accommodate the vehicles anticipated by the County's proposed multi-purpose gymnasium adjacent to the School and will also provide additional parking for School faculty, staff and visitors. The construction has been completed and to meet the terms of the Agreement, the School Board is required to grant two easements to the County for ingress and egress to this lot and for use of the area for parking. Hillsborough County was responsible for funding the design and construction of the additional parking at the School and these funds will be disbursed to the School Board upon authorization of the access easement. |
