Approve the Interlocal Agreement with the Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department to Provide School Buses and School Bus Drivers and Attendant Bus Riders for Summer Field Trips |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conversation Department will obtain the use of approximately twenty-two (22) buses, drivers, and attendants to be employed for field trips servicing children participating in summer Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation programs throughout the County. The dates of use range from June 18 through August 9, 2012. The trip destinations include sites in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Polk, Osceola and Orange Counties. The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to approve this agreement on June 6, 2012. |

Hillsborough County will be billed for all administrative costs ($2,500). Additionally, all drivers' salaries, fuel and bus use will be billed at $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile. |
