Approve the Expenditure of Grant Funds from the Teacher Incentive Fund-2 (TIF2) Grant for Data Management System (Information and Technology Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
TIF2 Grant funds have provided the means for the development of the District's Data Management System in support of the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) since December 11, 2007, when the School Board approved Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) to develop that system. CCG consultants have worked closely with the Information Services, Human Resources, and Assessment and Accounting Departments to develop the system. Approving this agenda will enable the District, in conjunction with CCG, to continue to maintain and support the Data Management System. | |

This agreement represents $624,542 for consulting services that will be paid from the Teacher Incentive Fund 2 (TIF2) Grant and the Race To The Top Grant. | |
EVALUATION | |
Consultants are monitored and evaluated on a weekly basis by staff and reported on during TIF2 project status meeting with Human Resources and Information Services. | |
