Approve Fee Reimbursement Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and United Way of Tampa Bay for Parking Improvements at Sulphur Springs Elementary School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On September 8, 2008, the School Board of Hillsborough County and United Way of Tampa Bay (United Way) entered into a License Agreement. This Agreement allowed United Way to construct a modular facility at Sulphur Springs Elementary School for a center to provide programs and services to the community. United Way has requested permission to improve the parking lot adjacent to their facility by adding 15 parking spaces, extending the existing sidewalk and enhancing the lighting. United Way will be responsible to reimburse the School District for the design and construction of these improvements. |
