Approve Change Order No. 1 for Summerfield Elementary Exterior Message Sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
District staff implemented a matching fund project for an exterior message sign at Summerfield Elementary School. Staff publicly advertised the project via Vendor Bid, and awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Robson Corporation.

Change Order No. 1 provides for an upgrade of the L.E.D. display to full color as requested by the Summerfield administration, and an upgraded electrical panel. A time extension of 39 calendar days is included for completion of the work. As this change order increases the original contract amount by more than 10%, Board approval is required.

This item is funded by equal amounts of school funds and District millage matching funds.
