Approve the Updated Fiscal Year 2013 Project Priority List (PPL)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Projects on the Project Priority List must be updated each time a project is added to or deleted from the Capital Outlay and Debt Service (CO&DS) funding source.

Projects to correct deficiencies relating to safety, health and sanitation as identified in the comprehensive Safety Inspection Report have been added to the PPL.  The renovations at Trapnell Elementary and West Tampa Elementary are shown as completed, and the Chiaramonte Elementary renovation is listed as continuing under construction.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate best financial practices • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health • Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
The tentative five-year plan approved by the board on July 17, 2012, projects $881,755 in CO&DS Flow-through revenue and interest.  This funding source will fund corrections as identified in the comprehensive Safety Inspection Report.
