Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement and Educational Support Professional (ESP) Contract Language Changes with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A Salary Agreement (Attachment A) has been reached with the HCTA Teacher and ESP Units retroactive to July 1, 2012.  Changes in language to the HCTA Educational Support Professional Contract (Attachment B) and the following Memorandums of Understanding (Attachment C) have been agreed upon:

  • Study Committee, Nursing-Related Occupations
  • ESE Retention Stipend and Out-of-Field Assignment Subject Area Exam Reimbursement
  • Experience Credit, Speech Language Assistants
  • Performance Pay Eligibility
  • Study Committee, Bilingual Aides

Provide the following salary adjustment:

  • Salary:  $23,094,776
  • Fingerprinting:  $162,885
  • Insurance:  $99,200,000
