Approve Third Amendment to Memorandum of Ground Lease and Partial Release for 2004 Certificates of Participation at Lennard High School and Elementary "A", Ruskin

During the construction of Lennard High School, the School Board of Hillsborough County entered into Certificates of Participation with The Bank of New York Mellon for financing purposes.  These funds were specifically used for the completion of Lennard High School.  The land deed provided to School Board bond council contained legal descriptions for both the Lennard High School and Elementary "A" school sites.  The encumbrance needs to be removed from Elementary "A" and specifically placed on Lennard.  Attached are the necessary documents prepared by School Board bond council that will achieve this purpose.

Legal fees of approximately $2,500  incurred by the School Board of Hillsborough County for the placement of the Certificates of Participation between the School Board and The Bank of New York Mellon for Lennard High School and removal of the encumbrance from Elementary "A" will be derived from Local Millage.
