• October 4 (Thursday), 4 - 6:30 p.m., Armwood High Auditorium (Humana Health Fair) 

Members are invited to attend these meetings to discuss their benefits with various product representatives and Employee Benefits staff members, participate in the Humana Health Fairs, and even get their annual flu shots (as supplies last; must show HCPS Humana ID card).  Each meeting will include a presentation highlighting the major features of the five health plans, the reasons a member would choose one plan rather than another, and ways to save money using the prescription drug benefit. (Staff will be available to answer questions in Spanish.)

In addition to reading their 2013 InfoQuick Enrollment Guides, visiting the enrollment website, watching the enrollment videos, and attending the meetings, members may call the Humana hotline at (888) 393-6765 to get answers to their Humana questions. 

Employees can elect their 2013 benefits by visiting www.sdhc.selfservicenow.com or calling (866) 522-9133 to have Aon enter their elections for them.
