Approve First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement Between Hillsborough County and the School Board of Hillsborough County Designating Hillsborough County Public Schools as Sole User and Transferring Preventative Maintenance for the Carrollwood Recreation Buildings at Carrollwood Elementary School |
|
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On May 20, 2008, the School Board of Hillsborough County entered into an Interlocal Agreement with Hillsborough County to build two recreational buildings on the campus of Carrollwood Elementary School that were funded by Hillsborough County. At the present time, the County does not have a need to utilize these buildings for any of its programs. The school will now be the sole user of the buildings and this Amendment transfers responsibility for all preventative maintenance to Hillsborough County Public Schools. The District has already had responsibility of day-to-day maintenance of the buildings. |
