A previously approved District Five Year Plan provided for interior and exterior painting at Mintz Elementary School.  The scope of work also provided for building envelope repairs to eliminate water intrusion.

District staff selected Jerel McCants Architecture, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and award of the contract for construction to the low bidder, Kimszal Contracting, Inc. was recommended.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
