SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Accept Contract With Infor, (US) Inc. (Formerly Known as Lawson) to Develop a System in the Talent Management Module for Tracking Leader Performance of Participants in Future Leader Academy, Assistant Principal Induction Program, Preparing New Principals Program, and Principal Induction Program Based on our School Leader Competencies (Administration)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Each of the six Wallace Pipeline districts has been asked to create a leader tracking system as part of our Principal Pipeline work.  We need to be able to show the competencies demonstrated by our candidates as they enter the Future Leader Academy and as they progress throughout our pipeline.  The purpose of this tracking system is that we can match school leaders to school leader positions where specific competencies are needed and they are better able to focus our professional development efforts on the needs of our aspiring and current school leaders.  The creation of our tracking system will take place in two parts:  designing the tracking system in the Performance Management module and designing our Succession Planning module to help determine school match.

• Demonstrate consistent and effective teaching methods • Challenge and support all students with an appropriate curriculum • Align the performance management system with the district’s priorities
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funding for this project will come from our Wallace Grant.  The design of the Talent Management tracking system will cost $96,000.
EVALUATION
The outcomes of the tracking system will be measured in the following ways: hiring teams will be able to determine value in the data we are able to produce from our tracking system during hiring time; school leader evaluations at the AP and Principal levels will be used to determine success in hiring.
