Demonstrate the Capabilities of the New Principal and Teacher Dashboards (Information and Technology Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District has been working with IBM to develop Principal and Teacher Dashboards. Dashboards give staff an up to date view of critical information and key performance indicators. Elementary, middle and high schools are currently piloting the dashboards. The project team receives feedback at least once a week from the pilot schools using on-line surveys. Training staff also visit the pilot schools to assist principals and teachers with general navigation and more specific teacher oriented questions. The number of schools in the pilot totals 14. | |

• Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates • Challenge and support all students with an appropriate curriculum • Align the performance management system with the district’s priorities • Align financial resources to support the district’s strategic goals | |
