Humana’s Vitality Program Offers Opportunities for Fun and Prizes. | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Effective January 1, 2013, Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Humana-enrolled members can join Humana’s Vitality Rewards Program. Eligible employees/retirees/dependents (members) who choose to participate can go online, log in to or register for MyHumana, go to HumanaVitality, and take the Humana health risk assessment. Upon completion of the Vitality registration, members can begin to earn Vitality points. The points can be redeemed for rewards from companies such as Sony, Hyatt, Samsung, iTunes, Amazon, Dooney and Burke, Michael Kors, and more. In addition to earning reward points, members can compete in Vitality-scheduled activities, create their own competitions among co-workers, and even earn “money back” when purchasing healthy foods. According to Humana, “No matter your stage in life or health, HumanaVitality has something to offer everyone.” HumanaVitality provides healthy ways to have fun, and it’s free to all HCPS Humana-enrolled members! | |
