Approve Acceptance of Project for Schmidt Elementary School Building Envelope Repairs and Painting 

A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for painting and building envelope improvements at Schmidt Elementary School. District staff selected C.B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. and Gilbane Building Company d/b/a Mills Gilbane from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. 

The design professional has certified that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
