School Leaders Network will oversee all start up and execution required for this program, which includes facilitating a total of six networks in HCPS.  Four of these networks are part of the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline and will serve 60 leaders preparing to become school principals.  Two of the networks will serve 30 existing practicing principals from our Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) IV schools so they can accelerate their leadership skills and implement transformational change in their schools.  School Leaders Network will meet ongoing throughout the next year with staff from HCPS to ensure progress towards goals and programmatic implementation, as well as to train current principals to take over the facilitation of the district's networks.
