Approve Agreement with the Florida State Fair Authority for High School Graduations (Division of Administration) Attachment Revised
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
All 2013 high school graduations will be held at the Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Hall for 27 high schools and the Adult and Community Education Program.  Graduations are scheduled for May 30, 2013, through June 8, 2013.  Rehearsals begin May 28, 2013.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates • Demonstrate best financial practices
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
The total expenditure of the request is $125,682.42.  These dollars are already funded in the Division of Administration’s budget.
