Approve Use of Facilities Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Tampa Bay Youth Football League for Field Use at Manhattan Center

The Tampa Bay Youth Football League (a non-profit organization) has requested use of the field at the Manhattan Center for the Bay Area Raiders 2013 football and cheerleading season.  The League has been using this field for a number of years to provide football and cheerleading instruction to children between the ages of 5 and 17.

The League does not require the School District to provide any field preparation, set up, security or bathroom facilities.  The League will submit a custodial fee of $48.00 per week to the Site Administrator for additional clean up of the portion of the campus used by the League.  The Agreement commences on March 1, 2013 and terminates on December 31, 2013.  The League and parents will be responsible for field maintenance and general trash pick up during their time of use.

The League has submitted the appropriate insurance certificate for the term of this Agreement.  With the execution of this Agreement, the School Board delegates authority to its Superintendent or designee to execute any renewal term(s) or amendment(s) contained herein.
