Approve Use of Facilities Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and Tampa Bay Little League for Field and Parking Use at Coleman Middle, Dale Mabry and Grady Elementary Schools

Tampa Bay Little League has requested continued use of the athletic fields and paved parking areas at Coleman Middle, Dale Mabry and Grady Elementary Schools.  The League's current Use of Facilities Agreement will expire on February 10, 2013.  The new term will be from February 11, 2013, to February 10, 2016.  The League will maintain the athletic fields and clean the areas used by the League on a daily basis and/or after each use. 

The League has been using the School Board fields since 1996 to foster and encourage the sport of baseball, softball, and other recreation for all youth in accordance with the tradition of the sport.

The League has submitted the appropriate charter application and insurance enrollment forms along with their fee payment to Little League Baseball, Incorporated for the upcoming term.  With the execution of this Agreement, the School Board delegates authority to its Superintendent or designee to execute any renewal term(s) or amendment(s) contained herein.

The School Board's approval of the Use of Facilities Agreement with the Tampa Bay Little League for field use and parking at Coleman Middle, Dale Mabry and Grady Elementary Schools will not have a financial impact to the School Board.
