Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Dunbar Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program included funding for undesignated roof repairs and replacements.  District staff identified an urgent roof repair requirement at Dunbar Elementary School, and allocated a portion of the undesignated roof repair funding to replacement of selected areas of the roof.

District staff selected rojo Architecture, LLC from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services.  Southern Roofing Company, Inc. was awarded the contract for construction on June 14, 2011.

The design professional has certified that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
