| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and the roof at Progress Village Middle School. On June 14, 2011, the Board approved the appointment of Ranon & Partners, Inc. to provide design services. On December 13, 2011, the Board approved the appointment of HCBeck, Ltd. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provided for renovation of the HVAC system and the roof. |
