| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the kitchen at Riverhills Elementary School. District staff selected Cooper Johnson Smith Architects, Inc. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The renovation and remodeling of the existing kitchen expanded the kitchen and provided a new dry storage area; replaced selected kitchen equipment and the kitchen hood; improved the serving line configuration; provided new lighting, paint and flooring; and renovated the electrical and plumbing systems. |
