Approve Acceptance of Project for Administrative Modular Installation at South County Career Center | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Installation of a modular facility on the South County Career Center site was planned to provide administrative office space for Administrative Area VIII. District staff selected Gould Evans Associates, PL and Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The project scope included site preparation, utility and low-voltage connection, and build-out of a 36x120 modular facility. Sidewalks, canopies, landscaping and parking modifications for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance were also included. |
