| Approve Nonfinancial Agreements for Educational Services for Adult Education Programs, Various Sites (Adult Education) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| We request approval of the standard form “Agreement for Educational Services with Nonschool Site Organizations and Programs-Nonfinancial” which provides local agencies with a model for cooperation and assurances that the agencies involved are fully committed to the coordination of educational service delivery for adults.
Classes offered at the nonschool sites indicated on the attached list include Adult Basic Education (ABE), General Educational Development (GED) preparation and instruction for students seeking to earn a state of Florida high school diploma, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). Permission is requested to add and/or delete sites as necessary to meet the needs of the community. |

| Evaluation is performed by the director of Adult Education. Continuous reviews are conducted using student attendance and performance reports.
The opening and closing of Adult Education sub-sites is driven by Workforce data reporting. |
