Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employees listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective May 8, 2013.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action.

• Marina I. Calles, Custodian - Lomax Elementary School:  Termination of Employment.  Not capable of performing the essential functions of her job as a custodian.
• Kevin G. Davis, ESE Aide – LaVoy Exceptional Center:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested on April 16, 2013, charged with Burglary Of An Unoccupied Dwelling - a felony charge.  
• Shakira Moore, ESE Aide – Willis Peters Exceptional Center:  Termination of Employment.  Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Child Protective Investigations Division, “verified” findings of inadequate supervision.  
• Dewey D. Norris, A/C Refrigeration Mechanic 2 – A/C-Energy Management:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested on April 25, 2013, charged with four counts Video Voyeurism Of A Child Under Age 16,  49 counts Video Voyeurism Of A Child Over Age 16, and one count Destroying Evidence - all felony charges.
• Vivian L. O'Neal, Bus Driver - Transportation:  Termination of Employment.  Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Child Protective Investigations Division, "verified" findings of inadequate supervision.
