| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for the renovation of the HVAC system serving buildings 6 and 7 at Tinker Elementary School. District staff selected Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for replacement of the HVAC systems serving the two buildings and also includes new ceilings and lights. |

| Total funds in the amount of $950,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage. The contract amount being awarded is $940,000. | |
